Systems Delivery & Process/Data Transfer

We offer two modes of transition system and delivery:

Cloud Hosted Software:

When you are working on the cloud hosted software such as XERO, QBO etc., all you have to do is to create one more user id for us so that our professionals from our secured premises can work on the jobs.

Remote Desktop Program:

When you are working on desktop-based software, you can create an RDP login along with the logins of the software for our team. We connect to your computers serversusing RDP/Citrix. It is similar to the case when you are working from your home or outside your office premises, on your servers. Our team shall work on your system through RDP login, process the work & leave it there. For security concerns, you can create a folder or drive for our team and all the drives and folders of the computer could be restricted.

Full time Equivalent (FTE)

● Get a dedicated team or an individual to work exclusively for your firm, under
day-to-day management us

● The FTE works for 140 hours per month and carries years of experience in UK
Accounting, Tax, Payroll and Audit Support

● 2-stage review process ensures quality and accuracy

● Ideal for accounting firms that want to build an offshore team of experienced
accountants who can work in tandem to their in-house team

● Dedicated FTEs reports directly to you

● Quick Turnaround Time

Pay as you go (Hourly)

● Pay only for the amount of hours number of tasks outsourced

● This model is suitable for the clients who have lesser/ad-hoc volume of work and
not sure of the amount of work they shall outsource

● 2-stage review process ensures quality and accuracy

● Not recommended if you want to have dedicated resources as the person under
hourly model might work for various client’s simultaneously

Per Return Based (for Tax Returns Preparation)

● We charge based on the complexity of personal tax returns

● Our ‘Tax Returns Parameters’ document has all the details about how each
category of tax return is triggered based on their complexity level

● Managed solution ensures quality and accuracy

● Quick Turnaround Time

● Most of the Clients follow this method.

Transition workflow

For smooth transitioning from the UK & USA to our offices here in Srilanka, we have developed an in-house excel tool in which, our clients fill out the relevant details which is shared with our relevant operations team upon which they start processing on our
clients’ jobs and client communication start thereafter.

Work Evaluation

● We dedicated transition team works with you to gain an understanding of the nature and volume of your firm and business processes.

● Build step-by-step transition roadmap.

● Assess and mitigate risk.

● Develop detailed plans for staffing, technology, infrastructure and monitoring/reporting.

Integration Plan

● Execute plans – assign staff, install appropriate technology, prepare training materials, train new recruits, etc.

Transition

● Move to operational running in ‘pilot’ mode.

● Initiate process monitoring.

● Communicate with stakeholders all the time.

Transformation

● Monthly/weekly meetings. Initiate process monitoring.

● Performance reporting.

● SLA metric tracking.
